Property Let Questions

Each property is cleaned to a very high standard before and after each visit. Any decorating or wear and tear requirements are attended to immediately to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Yes. We have furnished the properties to include everything you need to make your stay perfect. If you wish to know about what facilities are available in either property please take a look at the accommodation page which will tell you everything you need to know.
We have a zero tolerance policy on smoking inside the property. Visitors are kindly asked to smoke outside of the building.
We can sometimes allow pets during your stay, please contact us prior to your stay to discuss this.
This can vary and will depend upon how busy bookings of the properties are but we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you have any special requirements regarding this area please contact us.
Not at all. We will negotiate this with yourself at the stage of booking and are happy to accommodate you for one night or for a number of weeks.
Each person wishing to book a property will be sent a form to fill in and send back to us. A 25% deposit is required either by cheque or bank transfer. We require payment in full 6 weeks prior to your stay. If you have any queries regarding payment please contact us.
Utilities such as water and electric are inclusive with the overall booking price.
When you book a property you will be sent a form to fill in and send back to us. This will include an option for you to state if you would like a welcome pack upon arrival and what you would like included in it, there are particular items stated on the form for you to choose.
The property in Todmorden is situated next door to our own home so any problems can be resolved straight away. We have our own contractors who can undertake any work needed should the unlikely occasion arise.

Surrounding Attractions & Facilities Questions

Yes. The properties are situated near local convenience stores. Todmorden and Hebden Bridge are easily accessible via the main Burnley Road A646. Both towns offer supermarkets as well as independent stores for any special dietary requirements.
Yes. Hebden Bridge offers many different cuisines including Italian, Greek and Turkish. You can also travel to Sowerby Bridge or Halifax where there are many places to dine as well as to visit for a few drinks. You can even put on your dancing shoes and visit the local nightclub scene in Halifax which stays open until the early hours.
There are plenty of places to visit for children. Halifax offers Eureka! The National Children’s Museum, guaranteed to be a fun and exciting day for all. The local area boasts numerous quality leisure centres where you can take the children swimming or to a whole range of sports lessons. You can take advantage of the beautiful landscape which Yorkshire has to offer by taking the whole family on a trek onto the moors and beyond where you will be able to look right across the valley and witness some stunning scenery. The Calderdale valley is an ideal location for Pennine walks and there are routes to suit all fitness levels. No matter which route you choose to take you are sure to witness some stunning scenery and breath taking views. Cycling is an extremely popular activity in the local area especially since the Tour De Yorkshire 2014 where Yorkshire had the privilege of accommodating cyclists from all over the world. There are many routes to choose, ranging from easy to difficult depending on how much you like a challenge.
There are many places to shop starting with Hebden Bridge which offers lots of small boutiques and niche shops. This is where you will find the weird and wonderful and no doubt fall in love with how quirky the little shopping town is. There is then the option to visit Halifax where you will find The Woolshops Shopping Centre which offers the usual high street stores. There is also the option of travelling that little bit further to Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds or Manchester which are all easy to reach via car, bus or train.
